We are used to spending lots of time on hair, make-up, and clothes, but what about our hands? Hands are exposed to many outside influences and therefore need to be taken care of. Do not forget that gorgeous hands make a good (first) impression. But how do you get beautiful hands?

1. Wash your Hands

Nothing is more important for a good impression of your hands than clean hands and nails. This is also vital for your own health, for many bacteria are spread by (your) hands. Make sure you use a mild soap and even a lotion afterwards if your hands tend to get very dry.

2. Take Care of Your Hands

This means that you should try to protect your hands from extreme wintry cold by using gloves. But it also means that you should pamper your hands with a lotion or even a mask every once in a while.

3. Pretty Nails

One very important rule: do not bite your nails. That is not only gross, but those gnawed off nails are not very pretty either. Whether you polish your nails or not, make sure that they look well-cared-for by filing them into a nice length and shape.
